2. Definitions
- Seller — Casa Vrânceanu, as identified in section 1.
- User — any person who accesses and browses the website.
- Customer — a user who places an order.
- Order — a purchase request for one or more products, expressed by completing the checkout process.
- Contract — the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer, consisting of the confirmed order and these Terms.
3. Subject Matter
Online sale of author wines, specialty deli meats, cheeses, and tasting accessories through the website cramacasavranceanu.ro.
4. Age Requirements
Under Romanian law (Law no. 21/1992 art. 11), the sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age. Age confirmation is required when accessing the site. The courier verifies identification upon delivery.
5. Ordering Process
- Select products and add them to your cart.
- Enter shipping details (address, phone) and choose a shipping method.
- Choose a payment method and confirm the order.
- Receive an email confirmation with order details and order number.
The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the electronic order confirmation. The Seller may cancel the order if products are no longer available, in which case the customer will be notified and a refund will be issued within 14 days.
6. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in RON and include VAT: the standard rate of 21% for wines and accessories, and the reduced rate of 11% for deli and cheeses.
- Prices are valid at the time of order placement.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Bank card (Visa / Mastercard) — through Netopia Payments, PCI-DSS compliant.
- Cash on delivery — paid in cash to the courier upon receipt.
7. Delivery
- Delivery via Sameday Courier throughout Romania.
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
- Free delivery for orders over RON 200.00.
- Options: home courier delivery, Sameday Easybox, pickup from cellar (Onești).
- Packages contain fragile products (wine bottles). Please inspect the parcel upon receipt.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Under GEO no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without stating a reason.
Exceptions (per Art. 16 of GEO 34/2014):
- (d) — products that may deteriorate or expire quickly (e.g., deli meats, fresh cheeses).
- (e) — sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened wine bottles).

9. Conformity Guarantee
Under Romanian Law no. 449/2003, products must conform to their description. If you receive a non-conforming product (broken bottles, wrong product), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product.
10. Liability
- The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or force majeure.
- Product photographs are illustrative. Labels and packaging may vary slightly.
- Excessive alcohol consumption is seriously harmful to health. Sale and consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited.
11. Personal Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute will be settled amicably. Failing that, the courts of Onești, Bacău County are competent.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Orders placed before changes are governed by the terms in effect at the time of order.
