Şarbă is a semi-dry, natural white wine, obtained from carefully selected grapes from the Jariștea wine-growing area, Podgoria Odobești, harvested in 2024. Fresh and expressive, it conquers with its floral aromas, complemented by fine citrus notes. The taste is refreshing, harmonious and well-balanced, maintaining an authentic, pleasant and easy-to-drink style. Its quality has been recognized nationally, being awarded the Silver Medal at the National Wine Competition "Vin la Munte" - Brașov, 2025 edition. It is recommended to be served well chilled, with fish dishes, seafood, white meat, salads and fresh cheeses.
